  GC fin lines for the punching of air conditioner fins is an ideal facilities for producing fins of evaporator and condenser. When it is collocated with corresponding fin dies, it can finish following action of uncoil, feed, oil filter, punch, suck and collect, automatically and continuously to get good fins. The complete line is controlled by PLC. Fin form and other variable parameters can be input through machine-human interface.The fin press has following extrude advantages:
1) The structure adopts four-column double point, the bottom stand and upper beam
are joined by four columns; above the column there are four rise cylinders; upper
beam and slide block can be promoted in large range by the four cylinders; thus
it is convenient to change sub-module or repair dies; it allows some tooling
maintenance in the press; the cylinders also have the function of hydraulic over
load protection.
2) The main parts such as bottom stand, upper beam, slide block are of all cast;
so it has character of anti-vibration, anti-distortion, and anti-transmogrification;
besides, it can keep high precision for a long period of time.
3) The point of application from left to right of the slide block is large, and the
rolling pin guide rail before and back of slide block is long, so the precision is
good and carrying capacity is strong; it is an ideal appliance for production line
for the punching of air conditioner fins.
