The YZ7G is a self-propelled vibratory roller with articulated steering. In operation, depending on the dead weight of itself and the vibrating force, is capable of compacting highway, packing area and industrial grounds. With its multi-functions and flexibility, the roller is suited for road repair, walking path, bicycle path and other limited narrow area. With wider drum and proper working speed, it is also for large asphalt compaction. It is ideal equipment of road maintenance station by means of higher travel speed(15 kilometer per hour).
The vibration of the drum is of steel smooth roll.
The vibration of the drum is caused by vibrating shaft driven by hydraulic transmission. Both driving wheels at left and right sides are of smooth pneumatic tires. The traveling of the roller is performed via mechanical transmission at three forward and backward speeds.
In the brake system, hydraulic pedal brake and mechanical hand brake are equipped. The pedal brake is regular braking, and hand brake is generally used in parking or emergent braking. The steering mechanism is of central articulation and hydraulic servo design.
